Service Level Agreement Descriptions
Silver
Telephone, fax, e-mail and modem
support on Sage Line 100, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Version updates
and fixes issued by Sage during the course of your contract are
included. If you have a compatible modem and PC Anywhere we may be able
to dial in to your system to assist with providing a solution. It may
not be possible to resolve all problems over the telephone or modem, in
which case a chargeable on-site visit may be recommended. Training over
the telephone is not included. The following are key features of our
Silver level agreement:
Gold
This provides additional peace of mind,
as, in addition to the Silver level 14 hours of substantially discounted
consultancy time, is included to carry out preventative maintenance such
as system health checks and updates to the latest version if desired.
Clients will also receive a 10% discount on the price of Sage Line 100
training or consultancy. The following are key features of our Gold
