Tony is very hands-on ensuring that each and every activity is managed to the highest standards. "It's my experience that the quality of the relationships we have with clients is due, in large part, to the attention to detail that we have at Whitegate. I'm very up-front and honest, both with clients and with my team. After all, there are no shortcuts when we are entrusted with an organisations financial integrity".

As an expert in Sage and Exchequer accounting software, and in Filestream Document Management, Tony brings 20 years experience of bookkeeping, accounting, report writing and system implementation to all he does. He understands accounting department activities from all perspectives; from MD to FD to accounts administrator.

He is skilled in helping Senior Managers identify how to improve processes and procedures in, and connected to, the accounts department making effective use of Sage and Exchequer software. "I'm lucky to have worked with well over 100 accounts departments and helped with almost any process you can imagine. I'm often asked about 'Best Practice', but FD's want 'Best Fit'; a combination of the best the system can deliver with the most suitable practices for the organisation".

Joel has been involved in sales, management and business development for over 22 years. "I've been fortunate to have been at the front end of client relationships all my working career, both in Business to Consumer and Business to Business organisations. It's true to say that the building of responsive, problem solving, insightful and trusted relationships is important for all our success, and nowhere more so than in the implementation and support of accounting software and document management solutions".

Having implemented a lean manufacturing and workflow management process in a previous role Joel has a passion for helping clients release value added activities for the benefit of the business. "I'm often surprised with how much the average accounts department has to 'cope' with; how, as organisations grow and change, the requirements on the department increase, but the resources and processes remain the same. In these tougher times there is a duty to stakeholders and shareholders to be as efficient and poductive as possible. And that's where we can help to make a big difference, by helping to ensure the accounting software, resources and processes are utilsed in the very best way possible"
